Why I love Dandelions?

Dandelions – dreams, imagination, childhood wishes, memories, looking for the treasure in the trash or the beauty in the weed; common, ordinary and plentiful and yet they transform into something special. Adaptable and resilient, they have a long history in the ancient world, the Greek origin of its name combines the words - disorder and remedy. It is a medicine and a food. Diverse and rich, unappreciated and undervalued, it is the underdog of the flower and herb world. I think the dandelion must be God’s favourite flower as it speaks of grace and transformation.
